If the internet appears to be functioning OK but you are still experiencing this error. Then the “queue is deactivated” problem should be resolved by just restarting your client, which you can do by following these steps:
- Press the Ctrl, Alt, and Delete keys at the same time.
- Choose the Task Manager option.
- Click the Processes tab here.
- Next, choose the Riot Client process by right-clicking on it.
- Finally, choose the End task option.
- Lastly, restart your computer and reopen the game as an administrator.
