How to get the Crowbar

Go to the stairs area there you will see a crowbar saving inside a glass as a decoration piece. You need to break the glass to get the crowbar. Under the stairs, you will see a hiding place. Stay there while doing this to stay away from the Neighbor. Select the scissor from your inventory and throw it at the glass to break it and get the crowbar.

How to get the Fire Extinguisher

Now you need to unscrew the grill in front of the fireplace. You will find this on the right side of the hiding place. But first you need to get the Wrench from the Neighbor. Go behind him undetected and get the wrench. After that Select the Wrench and open the two screws. Now go to the right side of the hiding place and you will see a firebox you need to open that box with the wrench. Unscrew and get the Fire Extinguisher. Take the fire extinguisher and go back to the fire place remove the grill and use the fire extinguisher to extinguish the fire.
