During Act 3 of Path of Exile 2, you can find it difficult to use the Sacrificial Heart, an item that you might find on opponents you meet. Tip – On Cruel difficulties, you can gather another Sacrificial Heart and demolish it at the same altar in Aggorat. If you’ve previously made the sacrifice in the original game, doing this on Cruel difficulty grants you a second chance, but it doesn’t alter the permanent benefit.
You should always attempt to complete this task on each replaying because there isn’t much of an excuse not to get these skill points. Finding the Sacrificial Heart in Path of Exile 2 is worth the effort because you can use it to gain a free set of skill points that you don’t have to acquire through grinding.
