Fix 1. Check System Requirements

Before jumping to any complex issue you should first check that your computer meets the necessary system requirements.

  • Mac OS X 10.9 or above, Microsoft Windows 10, and Chrome OS
  • The latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft Edge on Windows 10

  • JavaScript and Cookies enabled

  • Click Safari in the menu bar
  • Select Preferences

  • Choose the Manage Website Data
