Secret Area Locations 1: Carousel in the Crosstown Area of River City
You will find this secret place in Crosstown Carousel where you need to go to the swing area. Stand on the wooden block where you see the cross lights. Stand there and wait you will be teleported to a new secret area. In this area, you will see multiple decorated items. Get the item from the light area.
Secret Area Locations 2: Pawn Shop in the Uptown area of River City
You will find this secret area in the uptown Pawn Shop. Go to the pawn shop after entering inside you will see a music shop to the left side. Destroy the object on the counter of the shop and stand on the counter and wait you will teleport to the secret location after the loading. Get the secret item from the light.
Secret Area Locations 3: Back Alley in the Downtown area of River City
You will be able to find this secret area in Downtown Black Alley. You need to go to the area where you will see a blue sofa on the right side of the road. From there you need to cross the area and reach the building to the left side by crossing the road. Jump to hang on the wall and walk and jump to walk on the wire to reach the building. Stand in front of the exit door to reach the secret area and get the item from there.

You will be able to get this item in R C H S Solitary. Go to the area and you will see a yellow door that will open and shut multiple times. Stand in front of that gate to enter the secret area and get the secret item.
Secret Area Locations 8: Mao Sushi in the Sanwkai Tower area of River City
You can get this item in Sanwakai Tower where you need to go to the Mao Sushi shop. Climb up and go to the left side and reach the pillar you will see a blue light will emit from that pillar. Stand there and you will teleport to the secret area. Get the item.
