How to fix SteelSeries Arctis 7 Won’t fully charge?

1. Use Another outlet

Sometimes there’s a power supply issue so your device won’t charge. Try connecting the USB charging cable to another outfit or plug the cable into your PC to see if your device will charge.

2. Try a Different Charging Cable

Sometimes charging cables can become bent or damaged. If your device isn’t charged when it’s connected to the power source, then change the USB cable to charge your headset.

3. Clean the Charging Port
