1. Check the Charging Cable

First, check if the charging cable is damaged or not. You can test it with another device like a laptop or mobile. You can also check if the USB port that you are using is supplying enough power to charge the headset.

2. Reset Arctis HeadSet

To reset your device, remove the left earcup (non-mic side). There would be a small pinhole under the ear cushion. Use a paperclip or pin to press down and reset the SteelSeries 9X headset. Now press it and hold it down for 1 second which will factory reset the whole device.
