But before jumping into troubleshooting, it’s recommended that you restart the game or flush/change your DNS. If the problem persists then follow the below-mentioned fixes.

Fix 1. Check if Warzone Servers Are Online

Head to the following URLs to see if the server is down.

You can’t really do much if the game servers are unavailable. All you need to do is wait until the services are back online.

Fix 2. Restart Call of Duty and the Blizzard App

If the game server is online and you are still getting Warzone unable to connect to online services then start with this simple fix.

  • Exit Warzone
  • Click on the Blizzard logo on the Blizzard App
  • Click on Exit
  • Boot the Blizzard App again
  • Launch Call of Duty: Warzone

Fix 3. Flush DNS

Your temporary network files may be causing issues which is why cleaning your files can often fix the “unable to access online services” error in Warzone.

  • Press the Windows Key
  • Type “Command Prompt” and hover on the first app result
  • Click on Run As Administrator
  • If asked whether to allow Command Prompt to make changes to your computer, select Yes.
  • You should now get a new window with a black screen.
  • Type “ipconfig /flushdns” and press Enter.
  • Type “ipconfig /registerdns” and press Enter.
  • Type “ipconfig /release” and press Enter.
  • Type “ipconfig /renew” and press Enter.
  • Type “netsh winsock reset” and press Enter.
  • Restart your computer.

Fix 4. Change your DNS Server

Sometimes changing the DNS server, especially configuring google public DNS addresses would help you to resolve some connectivity issues.

  • In the bottom right corner of your desktop, right-click on the network icon and select Open Network & Internet settings.
  • In the Status tab, scroll down and click Change adapter options.
  • Right-click on your Wi-Fi and select Properties.
  • Under This connection uses the following items, select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4). Then click Properties.
  • Select Use the following DNS server addresses:. If there are any IP addresses listed in the Preferred DNS server or Alternate DNS server, write them down for future reference.

Replace those addresses with the IP addresses of the Google DNS servers:

  • Preferred DNS server: 8.8.8.8
  • Alternate DNS server: 8.8.4.4

Then click OK to save the changes.

Now launch the game and the server connectivity issue should be fixed.

Fix 5. Switch to Another Region (PC only)

Sometimes, Warzone access to online services issues occur in a specific region. Try switching to a different region and play online. Follow these steps:

  • Close the game.
  • Open Blizzard launcher (Battle.net client)
  • Click on the Modern Warfare icon on the left pan
  • Click on the globe icon and select your preferred region

  • On your keyboard, press the Windows logo key and R at the same time to invoke the Run box.
  • Type %temp% and then press Enter on your keyboard.
  • Delete all the files in the temp folder. (Press Ctrl and A at the same time to select all the files. Then right-click and select Delete.)
  • If a window pops up saying that The action can’t be completed, simply check the box Do this for all current items and click Skip.
  • Now go to your Recycling Bin from your desktop. Right-click on it and select Empty Recycle Bin.
  • Click Yes.

Fix 7. Update Network Adapter Driver

Delete the saved game data on the PC

  • Highlight all Agent, Blizzard Battle.net desktop app, and game processes, then select End Process.
  • Navigate to the folder containing the Battle.net directory
  • Press Windows Key+R to open the Run dialogue
  • Type C:\ProgramData\ into the Open field and press Enter
  • Delete the Battle.net folder

You can delete game data on PS4:

  • Open the Settings menu at the top of the dashboard.
  • Select Storage, then select System Storage.
  • Select Saved Data.
  • Choose a game to access the game’s saved data.
  • Press the Options button and select Delete.
  • Choose the saved data files to delete, then select Delete.

Delete the saved game data on Xbox one:

  • From Xbox Home, go to Settings.
  • Go to System and select Storage.
  • Select Manage storage on the right-hand side of the screen, then select View contents.
  • Highlight a game, press the Menu button, and select Manage game.
  • Select Saved data on the left-hand side of the screen.
  • Choose a game to access the game’s saved data.
  • From here, use the Options Menu to delete files or to view more information about a specific file.
