1. Porto Marinada Auctions
You will be able to get Thunder Stone at Porto Marinada Auctions. Go to Porto Marinada and you will see multiple vendors there you need to participate in the Auction. You need to win the auction against the NPC. If you win the auction you will get the Thunder Stone. The auction will cost you some money so you need to have enough money so you won’t lose the auction.
The auction won’t be available until you unlock it. You need to complete the Cascarrafa Gym Challenge in order to unlock Auctions.
2. Light House
You can get the Thunder Stone from Light House. GO to the West Province (Area One) and reach the Light House Top by using the stairs. You will get the Thunder Stone there.
3. East Province Sparkling Item
You can also get the Thunder Stone as a sparkling item. You need to go to the East Province (Area Three). You need to look for a shiny sparkling item around the area. Sparkling items will spawn randomly. When you see Sparkling items get them.
4. Pokedex Reward
You will get the Thunder Stone as a reward for Pokedex-level completion. You need to reach level 30 which you can do by catching 30 Pokémon. After reaching the level 30 Pokedex you get the Thunder Stone by pressing the X Button.

You can also get the Thunder Stone from Delibird Presents Shop. There are multiple Delibird Presents Shops in every town. Go to any shop in Mesagoza, Levincia, and Cascarrafa. Go to the shop and look for Thunder Stone in Battle Items. Thunder Stone will cost you 3000 PoKe Dollars.
