1. Use an Extractor at Outpost (Jemison System)
For a consistent supply of lead in Starfield you need to place a Lead Extractor at one of your Outposts. You can construct Extractors once your Outpost has the necessary power upgrades. This way, you can gather Lead (Pb) gradually without actively searching for it.
