There are multiple quests that you need to complete in order to get the rewards and items. These items and rewards will help you a lot during the progress in the game. You will visit different areas where you will find these quests. Each area has its own specific quest.

My Treasure Quest Location
First, you need to find the quest in Water Seven City Area. You need to go to the navigation mark in the middle of the area. You will see a Crying Boy there you need to interact and accept the Quest. The boy will tell you that Yagara Took his doll because he spills the meat on the doll. You will ask the boy to help him.
How to get the Doll
Now you need to find the doll around the city. Before finding the doll you need to get the Sazae Kancho Pescatore. You can get the recipe from the kitchen shop. Ask the cook at the counter and scroll to look for the recipe.
After talking to the boy go to the left side and talk to an NPC (Trembling Man). The NPC wears a White and Blue T shirt. You will ask him about the Doll which he told you that first he get the doll from Yagara and then sold it to someone. You will find him on the top floor of the elevator.
Black Doll Location
Go to the south and you will reach to the money exchange and Talk to the girl for the hint of the doll. She will ask you that she has seen the doll on the floor. She will give you the black doll because she didn’t like the black doll.
Green Doll Location
Go outside and look for an old lady NPC. These NPC will be marked by the blue color so it will be easier for you recognize them. The old lady will give you a doll and ask you that she has seen a Yagara with a similar doll on the dock.
Blue Doll Location
You need to go to the Dock are where you will see a Green Yagara. Talk to him and he will ask you that he is hungry and if you give him the Sazae Kancho Pescatore. Give him the recipe that you get before starting the quest. After that he will give you the doll.
After getting the doll go back to the boy and finish the quest.
